My Duties as the Headteacher are as follows: -Developing and maintaining school policies and rules. - The motivation, management, and discipline of staff. - Making sure that teachers have access to important educational resources. - Overseeing the recruitment process within the school. - Maintaining a positive and organised learning environment. - Listening to staff and pupils complain about issues in the school and reacting accordingly. - Providing the school with an educational vision. - Organising school events. - Keeping up to date with new educational innovations and technologies. - Making sure that parents are informed about school news and their child's development. - Manage staff attendance, submit timesheets and enter time into online timesheet system. - Handle authorized emergency and safety procedures. - Design school's aims and objectives and implement policies. - Exhibit and express high expectations and establish targets. - Strategize development of emerging technologies to extend learning experience. - Assess, organize and execute flexible curriculum and effective assessment framework. - Sustain staff performance management effective systems and incorporate teachers' appraisals and targets for School's achievement.
